This comprehensive fishing program is based on seven classes called “hooks.” Each hook is a separate program covering different angling skills and techniques. A hook lasts two hours — 30 minutes of fishing instruction followed by 90 minutes of fishing.  Upon graduation of each hook, young anglers receive a free piece of fishing equipment and a Fish St. Louis brochure identifying close-to-home fishing opportunities to pursue their own local fishing adventures.
